Many Edelweiss Air passengers have a positive memory of the on-board and cabin crew. The warm welcome, including the obligatory "Grüezi", is not superimposed and ensures that the guests feel welcome as soon as they board the aircraft. The working method is characterized by professionalism and courtesy, which can be observed especially when setting the table and serving the meals. Business Class guests at Edelweiss Air benefit from separate, faster check-in counters and priority boarding.

On board Edelweiss Air you can expect dishes that are selected and served with great attention to detail. The design can be seen as a modern continuation of SWISS's proven design concept: elegant wooden floors and furniture from Vitra are complemented by friendly colours and atmospheric lighting. One of the highlights is the 'Front Cooking' in the spacious buffet area: after placing your order, you can look over the chef's shoulder as he prepares the food. The four existing showers are also rated extremely positively in terms of equipment, size and cleanliness. You should only make sure to make an appointment early, as there may be a waiting list. The offer is rounded off finally by jobs, resting areas and a terrace with panorama view.
