Airline overview
Finnair
Finnair is the largest airline in Finland and has been a member of the oneworld alliance since 1999. Its hub is Helsinki Airport from where the airline flies mainly to destinations in Europe and Asia (that is because the shortest connections between these two continents are via Finland’s capital city). Some destinations in the USA are also covered. Finnair won the Skytrax award as ‘Best Airline in Northern Europe‘ in 2018 (again).
